Dominion Hill Restaurant begins serving dinner year-round

The restaurant in the century-old Manor House near St. Andrews, NB has begun serving dinner.  The cozy dining room, with a beautiful fireplace and Norman Rockwell paintings from The Saturday Evening Post, offers a relaxed settling for couples and friends.  Larger groups can reserve the loft of the original Carriage House for private parties. Full bar service is available.

“We will be offering a 3-course prix fixe menu that changes regularly and with the season,” stated Jennifer Brush, the Inn’s manager. “Our goal is to offer a warm and friendly environment that encourages romance for couples, good conversation among friends, and very tasty food.”

Dominion Hill Country Inn has three licensed areas, including the 140-seat barn that was recently expanded and can be used year-round for weddings and other special events.  Guest packages are available that include meals and accommodations, with special attractions for Christmas, New Years, and Valentine’s Day.

Reservations are required for  dinner at the restaurant, and guests are encouraged to provide 24 hours notice.  Special diets and food allergies can be accommodated, including gluten-free meals. The reservation line is 506-469-4661

Dominion Hill Country Inn is an historic estate that was renovated in 2017/18 as a country inn, meeting place, retreat centre and wedding venue.  Built in the 1920s by the publishing family that created The Saturday Evening Post and Ladies’ Home Journal, there are a small number of suites, hotel rooms and cottages.  The amenities include a wellness centre, yoga studio, hot tub, fire pit, hiking trails, meeting space, and a beautifully refinished barn for larger events. The century-old manor house has a dining room, lounge, library and outdoor patio.
